Full Customization

With Cigarbyhand.com you have the opportunity of fully customize our Premium Cigar brand, "MASTER BLENDER", for whatever the occasion, either; 1. Choosing from our templates of rings, boxes, etc, uploading your pictures or logos and writing your texts; or 2. Interacting with our designers for an exclusive customization, with a one-time fee of only US$50 per occasion, including box, and cigar rings. The cellophane stamp is not included. An extra US$10 will be charged for cellophane stamp. if you need more information about it, please contact us at customerservice@cigarbyhand.com

Personal Interaction 

This service is much more personalized and requires email interaction with one of our representatives. You will be asked to provide the representative with details of your occasion and motive, phrases to be used, logos and pictures that you might want to use, etc.

Once all details and materials are provided, our designer will have 2-3 templates or options to choose from in the next 48 hours. You will be emailed these templates to work from. Any changes can be made at this time and another template will be made within another 24-48 hour period.

Only two revisions or modifications are included in the full customization fee, each extra change will be charged at $20. 

The customer has to be aware of TWO FACTORS for shipping times of their fully customized cigar box; Time of Approval of the final art design and FEDEX shipping labor days.

Time of Approval of Designs 

It is important to understand that production of the designed box and ring, will not start until the customer has approved the final design (lay out). Cigarbyhand.com guarantees your box will be shipped FACTORY DIRECT in 4-5 working days after the design has been approved and payment has been processed.

Shipping Rate and FEDEX shipping labor days 

Take into consideration that shipping time will depend on your shipping address. usually it takes 1-3 business days. FEDEX does not work on weekends or holidays.
